Apple iWeb
Apple is so cool. They just came out with some awesome hardware and software. Software is amazing and user friendly. We have been playing with the new iWeb to setup a place for our blog, podcast, movies and photos. It is very user friendly and looks great. There is still room for improvement but we are happy. I am going to add a link to the iweb we have been setting up. It is not finished but we would like your comments about the whole setup. The bad thing about the blog page is there is no place for you to make comments. So we will need for you to come here to post comments about the stories, movies, podcast, and photos until apple adds that option. There is a cool story about BigStuf and Edirol on the blog page. Go check it out.

hey lanny,
looks good so far. i like the podcast element. i think there's a lot you guys could do as far as podcasting goes to give a little slice of bigstuf, similar to promo dvd's. There's no reason you couldn't dump your promo dvd into a video podcast...imagine students promoting bigstuf to one another all day long.
or camp highlight videos available via video podcast. a whole lot of possibilites there.

I agree. Podcasting is an excellent way to build the hype up for campers, youth workers, and interns. Video podcasting with Lanny would be AWESOME. Also seeing the BigStuf band beginning to plan stuff for the summer would be neat too.
I agree with making downloadable iPod formats of the Promo DVD and highlight videos to show everyone else around why BigStuf is so flippin' sweet!

Well the first BigStuf Video Podcast is up. It is the promo video of 2006. I am working on getting all the promos up. Thanks for the ideas and support. Keep letting us know of your ideas and see if we can make it happen. We will soon have some new stuff up soon.
Have you guys put up the audio messages? For some reason they aren't appearing if you have.
Sorry Trentster, I am trying to get it up. I am doing to some editing to make the quality better. It will be up soon. I need a little bit more time. Thanks for being on me to make me do it.
Ok, I got one up so far. It is Clay Scroggins talk about "The best decision ever". I wanted to get Clay up for the people who have not heard him could listen to his talk at 2005 Bigstuf. More will be coming soon.

speaking of podcasts
I will be at Bigstuf on the week of july 4 and I will be making a podcast in the food area and it is going to be a pretty big set upand I was wondering if lanny would like to be on the podcast and share some stuff or just have a chat with us. If you would like some proof of the Podcast you can go to www.therockcast.tv an check it out for yourself.
